2. Right of information and user consent
If you provide personal information, it will be treated according to the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law on the Protection of Data.
PSSJD will only handle the personal data of users it deems appropriate, relevant and not excessive, in order to adequately meet the data management objectives, in accordance with the principle of quality, Article 4, of the Spanish Data Protection Law, and other principles of the GDPR (articles 5 to 11). The owners of the data have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and restriction of processing and data portability; as detailed in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
In like manner, when the consent of users is required for the handling of their personal data, this consent must be given by individuals fully qualified to do so, either by a legal representative or guardian. Such consent will be revocable and will never be retroactive, in accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of the GDPR.
PSSJD guarantees that it has put in place the needed measures of security in its facilities, systems, and files. Furthermore, it guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data, although it will provide personal data and any other information that it has in its possession or to which it has access through its systems to the public authorities if required to do so under the terms of the applicable laws and regulations.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of his or her personal data and is required to inform PSSJD of any changes that may occur.

3. User rights of access, rectification, challenge, and cancellation
PSSJD guarantees the users at all times the opportunity, in relation to their personal data, to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, information, and challenge, under the terms laid out in the prevailing legislation. 4. Security
PSSJD has put in place the level of security mandated by Article 9 of the Spanish Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations for its application, and all the necessary technical means are operative to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of the data that the user provides through the website.
However, the means of security available for Internet use are not impregnable.
PSSJD is fully committed to maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of the data contained on the website in accordance with the applicable legislation, as well as being committed to secure handling of the data.
5. Offensive and inappropriate behaviour
In the event that a user posts inappropriate or unacceptable content on the website, or engages in disruptive behaviour, PSSJD will use email to warn the user about the conduct or use the personal information of the user to bring such conduct to an end.
In addition, should PSSJD be reasonably certain that a user has infringed upon, or may have infringed upon applicable Spanish legislation, PSSJD may use your personal information to inform the relevant authorities thereof.
6. IP Addresses
The servers hosting the website can automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user to access the site. An IP address is a number assigned automatically to a computer when it connects to the Internet. This information is recorded in an activity log on the server which allows for subsequent processing of the data to obtain statistical information about users, such as the number of pages printed, the number of visits made to the website, the order of the visits, the point from which the website was accessed, and other information concerning legitimate activity.

7. Modification of the present policy of data protection
PSSJD reserves the right to modify the present policy so as to adapt to future changes in the law and its application, as well as to changes in industrial practice. In all such cases, the user will be notified in advance of any changes to be made.
